Top 7 Countries That Invest In US Real Estate

Posted by | Posted in Real Estate | Posted on 28-05-2009

Despite about recent slowdown, the United States real estate market continues to be a popular investment destination for foreign investors. Attracted by a desirable return on investment, many foreign nations continue to invest heavily in the U.S. residential and commercial real estate markets. In fact, in 2005, foreign investment in U.S. real estate reached 1.83 trillion.

Below are some highlights from the NAR report.

According to the U.S. Department of Commerce, the top seven countries that had significant holdings in U.S. real estate as of 2005 were:

Germany – 13 %

Latin America – 13 %

Australia – 11 %

Japan -10 %

United Kingdom – 10 %

Canada – 6 %

Netherlands – 6 %

The U.S. economy is wide open to foreign investors. Both investors and Americans significantly benefit from all this foreign investment. The NAR study estimates that without foreign investments in the securities market, the long-term lending rates would be four percentage points higher than the current rate, which would adversely impact the U.S. real estate market.

Foreign direct investment into the U.S. not only creates more jobs but also contributes to the demand for U.S. real estate. In fact, foreign investment may be responsible for creating two million U.S. jobs by the end of 2006, which further bolsters the demand for U.S. real estate. In summary, the impact of foreign investment and immigration into the U.S. will continue to play a major role in the U.S. real estate market.

After for a while being around on blogging-things and site-administration stuffs, I learn so many thing. Even though I am not really a ‘master of web’ or a master of blogging, so that’s why I always keep searching and learning until now. At the progress of my learning, I went to many forums, site resources, and reading so many e-books about how to be a good webmaster. Being friendly with search engines, I mean I try to pose my websites so that search engines would find them easily and index them easily too. Well, one of the key to have website that are popular in the eye of search engines, is that your website should be has many backlinks. It’s a must that every backlinks (another site is linking to yours) counted as a ‘vote’ so that your website is merely being adore by others, being seen as useful site or resources. Then automatically search engines will also consider that your website is good, and that’s what makes your wite popular.

A providian credit card, is just like some other cards, it has a lot of basic benefits. Sometimes, however, the benefits that are offered can change and promotional offers can be found. It is a good idea to check into these and see if there are things that you would be interested in. If you feel that the current promotional offer is a not really good for you, you might want to wait a little while, because it will likely change. There are some things that you can generally expect with your providian credit card:

– No annual fee
– Low introductory rate
– 24/7 customer care service
– No liability for fraudulent transactions
– Many different card options

Seems like an interesting offers right? With those benefits I’ve mentioned above, the most important point for me is about the protection for fraudulent transactions. It’s nice to be sure that my credit card is safe and I am the only one who have the rights to make transaction with it. There are also some other benefits that come with some of the Providian offers out there. Most of that depends on which card is selected, or which card you qualify for. If you have good credit, there might be several different offers that you can choose from. So don’t be late, get your providian card through the creditcard flyers!

On the previous post we have discussed about the benefit and comparing about the APR (Annual Percentage Rate) from the credit card flyer products. The APR is what you will pay on what you purchase when the incentive period runs out. APR rates will vary among credit cards, so it is always in your best interest to compare and shop around. The lower APR rate you get, the better off you’ll be. When you make that final decision and choose your credit card, you should always make sure that you know exactly what you are getting.

Credit cards are great to have, although they can lead to your own downfall if you don’t choose and use them carefully. If you put some time and research into choosing your credit card, you’ll find the best one for you. As long as you take care of your credit card and pay the bill on time, you’ll help raise your credit score and eventually be able to purchase even bigger things – such as a car or even a house, and sometimes the credit card company gives you a reward or appreciation with the ‘promotional’ feature of credit cards for excellent credit.

And how do you get a good credit score then? Here is alittle clue on how your credit score is examined:
- Repayment History
The more on time, of repayment of your credit will increase the score for this side, so you should always pay the bill on time, never go too late more than a week.

- Amount of Credit
Is how much your spending on the credit account, I think it’s a variable and doesn’t mean that higher value will result higher credit score, back to point one, it’s about the payment. No matter how much you spend, as long as you have consequent to pay the bill, it’s okay.

- Your Income vs. Credit
Your personal records of your income, comparable with your credit

- Your Address History
Do you often move or settle in one place? this will affect the scoring as well.

Other scoring point is also taken from How Long You Have Had Specific Types Of Credit (the longer the better), Judgments, and Bankruptcy records. Hope you can fill up those aspects with good value so you will get the benefit of excellent credit.
